Things we believe
Real estate broker commissions are too high
The traditional 3% commission model is outdated. Lobbyist groups artificially inflate commissions. Our 1% listing fee reflects the actual work and expertise required to sell your home in today's market.
Be simple and transparent
Many real estate transactions are unnecessarily complicated. Traditional brokerages are not transparent about how much work their brokers actually do. We are building tools to fix that.
