How commissions actually work

Most brokerages charge 2.5-3% just on the seller side — and many homeowners don't realize that's negotiable. Buyer-agent compensation is separate and, since the 2024 NAR practice changes, is no longer shown on MLS listings.

We charge 1% for the listing side and still provide full-service representation. That means you keep more and don't give anything up.
